Construction QA/QC Support Services
Ensuring Quality from Ground to Finish
GHG Engineering supports construction projects with full QA/QC oversight aligned with US Army Corps of Engineers standards and best practices. We help clients develop and audit Construction Quality Management Plans, conduct inspections, and implement digital data collection via ESRI® Survey123.
We deploy solar-powered, LTE-connected cameras for autonomous, off-grid site monitoring and photo and video documentation. Equipped with AI filters, these systems distinguish objects from people, identify personal versus commercial vehicles, and maintain effective surveillance while respecting privacy. All-weather, day-and-night performance enables continuous monitoring, compliance verification, and accurate activity records—even in remote locations.

- Handheld noncontact infrared thermometers with numerical LCD display are used to obtain fast and approximate surface/soil temperatures during construction and testing activities.
- Wireless ambient air temperature and relative humidity sensors with data logging provide invaluable information about site conditions during extended periods of time. Data is exported in MS Excel format, and it can also be visualized in real time via a phone app.
- Public sector infrastructure construction projects are increasingly being required to use the US Army Corps of Engineers’ Quality Control - Section 01 45 00 to implement their Quality Control Management Systems and develop Quality Control Plans.
- Digital field data collection is becoming widespread as digital data capture is less prone to mistakes, it can be standardized, and data can be transmitted via Wi-Fi to a desktop/enterprise GIS platform, where it can be located, analyzed, and acted upon within a short period of time.
